RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES
Based on Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025, of the Prime Minister, which stipulates policies on tuition fees, exemptions, reductions, and support for tuition fees, support for learning costs, and service prices in the field of education and training;
Based on the Regulations on the organization and operation of member units and affiliated units of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued under Decision No. 3568/QD-VNU-HN dated October 8, 2014, by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
Based on Decision No. 510/QD-XHNV dated March 5, 2015, of the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on the promulgation of regulations on organization and operation within the University of Social Sciences and Humanities;
Based on Official Letter No. 2683/XHNV-KHTC dated May 18, 2026, from the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities regarding the report on the tuition fee collection roadmap for all programs in the 2026-2027 academic year;
Based on the Regulations on Master's Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued together with Decision No. 3636/QD-DHQGHN dated October 21, 2022, by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
Based on the Regulations on Doctoral Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued with Decision No. 4555/QD-VNU-HN dated November 24, 2017, amended and supplemented by Decision No. 1787/QD-VNU-HN dated June 10, 2019 and Decision No. 2311/QD-VNU-HN dated August 11, 2020 of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
Based on the Regulations on Doctoral Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued together with Decision No. 3638/QD-DHQGHN dated October 21, 2022, by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
As requested by the Head of the Training and Student Affairs Department and the Head of the Planning and Finance Department.
DECISION
Điều 1: Quy định mức thu học phí đào tạo sau đại học năm học 2026-2027 tại Trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn đối với các khóa QH-2025-X trở về trước cụ thể như sau:
1. Học phí trong thời hạn đào tạo chuẩn
1.1. Đào tạo bậc thạc sĩ:
Mức thu các ngành Quản trị văn phòng, Khoa học quản lý: 2.685.000 đồng/tháng.
Mức thu các ngành còn lại: 2.865.000 đồng/tháng
1.2. Đào tạo bậc tiến sĩ:
Mức thu tất cả các ngành: 4.775.000 đồng/tháng.
2. Học phí trong thời gian kéo dài thời gian đào tạo
Học viên và nghiên cứu sinh thuộc các khóa QH-2025-X trở về trước được phép kéo dài thời gian đào tạo theo Quy chế đào tạo sau đại học hiện hành của Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội phải nộp học phí bằng 100% mức học phí hiện hành tương ứng với bậc đào tạo và ngành đào tạo trong suốt thời gian kéo dài thời gian đào tạo.
Điều 2: Thủ trưởng các đơn vị có liên quan, học viên, nghiên cứu sinh thuộc đối tượng nêu trong điều 1 chịu trách nhiệm thi hành quyết định này. Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký. Mọi quyết định trước đây trái với quyết định này đều được bãi bỏ.
