RECTOR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES
Based on Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP dated September 3, 2025, of the Prime Minister, which stipulates policies on tuition fees, exemptions, reductions, and support for tuition fees, support for learning costs, and service prices in the field of education and training;
Based on the Regulations on the organization and operation of member units and affiliated units of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued under Decision No. 3568/QD-VNU-HN dated October 8, 2014, by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
Based on Decision No. 510/QD-XHNV dated March 5, 2015, of the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on the promulgation of regulations on organization and operation within the University of Social Sciences and Humanities;
Based on Official Letter No. 2683/XHNV-KHTC dated May 18, 2026, from the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities regarding the report on the tuition fee collection roadmap for all programs in the 2026-2027 academic year;
Based on the Regulations on Master's Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued together with Decision No. 3636/QD-DHQGHN dated October 21, 2022, by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
Based on the Regulations on Doctoral Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued with Decision No. 4555/QD-VNU-HN dated November 24, 2017, amended and supplemented by Decision No. 1787/QD-VNU-HN dated June 10, 2019 and Decision No. 2311/QD-VNU-HN dated August 11, 2020 of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
Based on the Regulations on Doctoral Training at Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued together with Decision No. 3638/QD-DHQGHN dated October 21, 2022, by the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
As requested by the Head of the Training and Student Affairs Department and the Head of the Planning and Finance Department.
DECISION
Article 1: The tuition fees for postgraduate training in the 2026-2027 academic year at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for cohorts QH-2025-X and earlier are stipulated as follows:
1. Tuition fees for the standard training period
1.1. Master's degree training:
Tuition fees for Office Administration and Management Science majors: 2,685,000 VND/month.
Income level for other sectors: 2,865,000 VND/month
1.2. Doctoral training:
Total income for all sectors: 4,775,000 VND/month.
2. Tuition fees during the extended training period.
Students and postgraduate researchers from courses QH-2025-X and earlier who are allowed to extend their training period according to the current postgraduate training regulations of Hanoi National University must pay tuition fees equal to 100% of the current tuition fee corresponding to the training level and field of study for the entire extended training period.
Article 2: The heads of relevant units, trainees, and postgraduate students falling under the scope of Article 1 are responsible for implementing this decision. This decision takes effect from the date of signing. All previous decisions contrary to this decision are hereby repealed.
