Announcement of Enrollment for the Ho Chi Minh Thought Lecturer Training Course in 2026
1. Eligibility Criteria:
+ Lecturer teaching subjects in Marxist-Leninist science, social sciences, and humanities.
+ Individuals with a university degree or higher who wish to study and research Ho Chi Minh Thought.
+ Final-year students in Social Sciences and Humanities (receive a certificate upon graduation).
2. Learning format and training program content
- Learning format: Online
- Training program content: See the appendix attached to the recruitment announcement.
3. Application documents and deadlines:
+ Registration documents
- Registration form for the course (attached template);
- Copies of bachelor's or postgraduate degrees (if applicable);
- Two passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm) taken within the last six months. Write your full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of each photo.
- Applicants must be university students studying in the Social Sciences and Humanities; they only need to submit the registration form and two photos.
+ Application deadline: Submit scanned copies of diplomas and course registration forms to the admissions officer; hard copies of documents will be submitted upon commencement of the course.The application period is from April 1, 2026 to May 30, 2026.
4. Study timeDuration: 4 months, expected from June 2026 to September 2026 (depending on the number of registrations, the start date may be adjusted accordingly).
5. Tuition fees:
- Tuition fee: 6,000,000 VND (Six million Vietnamese Dong), including certificate issuance fee.
- 10% discount for groups of 3 or more students; 50% discount for final-year students studying Social Sciences and Humanities.
- Tuition fees can be paid via bank transfer (account number 1023175429, SHB Bank, West Hanoi branch, Hanoi; account holder: University of Social Sciences and Humanities; content: Tuition fee for the BDGVTTHCM course).
