Within the framework of the 2025 Training and Science Conference organized by Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) in Hoa Lac on October 31, 2025, Professor Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) presented the report "Building and implementing the Digital Competency Framework and Artificial Intelligence Competency in Training Activities" - one of the key contents of the VNU education transformation strategy for the period 2025-2030.

According to Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, education cannot turn its back on AI, but it cannot be dependent either. After all, humans are still the subject of social development.

The working program between the Central Theoretical Council and Hanoi National University on Comments on the draft Political Theory Science Research Program for the period 2026 - 2030 (KX.04/26-30) was held at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on October 20, 2025.

From October 10-11, 2025, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH), the training course "Application of AI in scientific research: From ideas to international journals" attracted a large number of lecturers and researchers of the University to attend.

The Advisory Council of the Humanities Field at all levels of higher education (Vietnamese Language, Literature and Culture group and Other groups) held an in-depth discussion to collect opinions on the Standards for training programs at the undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels in the Humanities field (Vietnamese Language, Literature and Culture group and Other groups) on October 9, 2025.

Implementing the 2025 Training and Development Plan; aiming to improve the scientific research capacity and international publication for the teaching staff, especially in the context of Hanoi National University's regulation that each lecturer must have at least 01 international publication in the ISI/Scopus list within 02 years of work, the School organized a training course "Application of AI in scientific research: From ideas to international journals" with the following specific contents:

On September 27, 2025, the Faculty of Linguistics, Vietnamese and Vietnamese Studies organized an academic seminar with the theme "The issue of Chinese in Vietnamese language research". This is one of the practical activities towards the 80th anniversary of the tradition of the University of Letters (1945 - 2025), the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (1995 - 2025) and the 100th anniversary of the birth of scholar Phan Ngoc - the first Head of the Linguistics Group of Hanoi National University.
