The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the Bac Ninh Continuing Education Center, organizes the enrollment of 2nd degree university students, part-time program, course QH-2015-X, major in Journalism, with a quota of 60 students.
People who have a university degree, are not subject to criminal prosecution and are healthy enough to study.
Candidates must pass an entrance exam consisting of 2 subjects:
- Marxist-Leninist philosophy
- Modern Vietnamese Literature
III. PROCEDURES FOR ISSUING DOCUMENTS:
The application documents are issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The application period is from January 30, 2015 to March 15, 2015. Candidates can purchase and submit the application documents at the Bac Ninh Continuing Education Center.
Application documents include:
1. Application form for admission with confirmation from the agency or locality and photo attached, stamped (according to the application form of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities)
2.A notarized copy of your university diploma.
3.A notarized copy of your college transcript.
4.A notarized copy of Birth Certificate.
5. Notarized copy of Priority Certificate (if any)
6. Decision of the Head of the agency or enterprise to send the student to study (for those working in agencies or enterprises) or Letter of introduction to study from the commune or ward where the student has permanent residence (for those not under the management of the agency or enterprise).
7.03 color photos 3x4 cm, full name and date of birth written on the back.
8.02 envelopes with stamps, clearly stating address and contact phone number (postage stamp 2000 VND).
IV. REVIEW AND ENTRANCE EXAM
1. The school organizes review sessions for candidates in need. The review session is expected to take place in mid-March 2015.

V. TRAINING TIME:
Successful candidates will study in a part-time format on weekends. The total training time of the course is from 2 to 2.5 years.
VI. PRIORITY POLICY IN ADMISSION:
Priority candidates will enjoy priority according to the current Regulations on part-time admission of the Ministry of Education and Training according to the region and the subjects registering for the exam. For priority according to the region, it is determined by the place of work, place of permanent residence registration, or place of study and graduation from high school, depending on which region has the higher priority. (Article 6, Chapter I, Regulations on university admission for the VLVH system issued under Decision No. 62/2008/QD-BGDDT dated November 25, 2008 of the Minister of Education and Training). People with many priority criteria will only enjoy the highest priority. Priority certificates must be submitted once in the application; additional submissions after the exam will not be accepted for priority consideration.
