Announcement of Admission to the "Television Profession" Class

Institute of Journalism and Communication, University of Social Sciences and Humanities is enrolling for the short-term course "Television Profession".
Most recent course started: December 2019.

1. Course objectives

- Students studying or have graduated from University or College, want to work in the field of television.

- People who are working in the television field but do not have a degree in the correct major need to supplement their professional certificate to complete their application for recruitment/civil servant promotion.
- Television production service businesses need to improve product quality.
- All people who love creating television works

2. Training program

- Provide understanding of the process and build a TV program production team.
- Develop visual thinking and television language.

- Proficient in problem detection skills, script writing, production organization, interviewing, field operations and experience, program hosting, and editing skills.
- Video production with professional broadcast equipment and smartphones.

- Proficient in working on news, interviews, and television reports

- 70% of the time is spent practicing working with modern equipment systems: real studio, virtual studio, guided by a team of experienced lecturers and journalists from VTV, VTC... Actual experience of TV shows at TV stations.

- At the end of the course, students can work in the environment of TV stations, video sections of multimedia newspapers, other video production activities...

3. Certificate

- Vietnamese - English certificate issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, meeting the requirements for the title of reporter and editor of Circular 11/2016 /TTLT - Ministry of Information and Communications - Ministry of Home Affairs.

4. Study time

- 8 weeks: 18:00-20:00 every Tuesday and Thursday.
