The Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is recruiting students for its short-term course "Television Production".
Next course starts: December 2019.
1. Target audience of the course
- Students currently studying or who have graduated from university or college and want to work in the television industry.
- Individuals currently working in the television industry but lacking the relevant professional qualifications need to obtain additional professional certificates to complete their application for recruitment/promotion to civil servant positions.
- Businesses providing television production services need to improve product quality.
- For all those who enjoy creating television productions.

The Television Production course, with its ideal practical training environment, is always attractive to students.
2. Training Program
- Providing insights into the process and team building for television program production.
- Develop visual thinking and television language skills.
- Proficient in problem identification, scriptwriting, production organization, interviewing, fieldwork and problem-solving, hosting, and editing skills.
- Producing videos using professional broadcasting equipment and smartphones.
- Proficient in handling various types of news, interviews, and television documentaries.
- 70% of the training time is dedicated to hands-on practice with modern equipment: real studios, virtual studios, guided by experienced instructors and journalists from VTV and VTC… Gain practical experience with television shows at various television stations.
- Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to work in television stations, the video departments of multimedia newspapers, and other video production activities.


3. Certificates
- The Vietnamese-English certificate, issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, meets the requirements for the job titles of reporter and editor as stipulated in Circular 11/2016/TTLT- Ministry of Information and Communications - Ministry of Home Affairs.
4. Study time
- 8 weeks: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday.
