Announcement Regarding Collection of B1 Foreign Language Certificates for Students of Course QH - 2019 - X

In accordance with the regulations on foreign language proficiency requirements for postgraduate students (as per the Postgraduate Training Regulations, VNU Hanoi), the Training Department (Postgraduate Section) will collect foreign language diplomas and B1 certificates from students of the QH-2019-X cohort as follows:

- Time: According to the student reception schedule (mornings of 4 and 6; afternoons of 3 and 5 every week)

- Location: Room 607 - Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

* Students must submit an application for exemption from the basic foreign language course (using the provided form) along with one notarized photocopy of their diploma or certificate that is still valid.

- Note: For the QH-2018-X cohort, students only need to submit their foreign language diploma/certificate to the Training Department (Postgraduate Department); a B1 certificate is not required when submitting their thesis defense application.

- Students should carefully read the attached documents and materials to ensure their rights and obligations are protected.
