Notice of enrollment for training course on Document Management - Electronic Archives and State Secret Protection

In order to meet the requirements of updating the Law on Archives (amended) and improving knowledge of Electronic Document-Archive Operations, organizing the implementation of protecting State secrets of agencies and enterprises, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) announces the enrollment of training courses, specifically as follows:
 

1. Course content

- Training on Document and Electronic Archives (updated with the revised Law on Archives in 2024)

- Training on protecting state secrets

2. Time, location and form of study

- Opening time: 8:00 p.m., March 22, 2025;

- Study time: Saturdays and Sundays or as required by the agency or unit;

- Study location: In Hanoi and other provinces and cities according to registration needs;

- Learning form: Online or in person.

3. Application form

- 01 course registration form (according to form).

- 01 ID card/citizen identification card (notarized photo)

- 01 4x6 portrait photo (attached to the form).

4. Type of diploma awarded

Students who complete the course and fully meet the requirements will be awarded a certificate of completion of the training course by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

5. Tuition

- Training course on Documentation and Electronic Archiving: 1,800,000 VND/1 student

- Training course on protecting state secrets: 1,200,000 VND/1 student.
