Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-Hanoi) received notification from Vietnam National University.
Regarding the TF-NUS LEaRN 2025 Student Exchange Program in Singapore, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) hereby informs its units of the following information about this program:
1. Program name:TF-NUS LEaRN 2025 Student Exchange Program at NUS.
2. Study time:
June 13, 2025: Attend the presentation online via Zoom.
From June 30th to July 18th, 2025: Attend the program in person at the training facility.
3. Benefits:
- Students are exempt from tuition fees and dormitory fees at the training facility (subject to dormitory availability);
- Other expenses (airfare, meals, personal expenses outside of class hours) will be covered by
Students proactively pay upfront and will be reimbursed by the program.

5. Program participation requirements:
- I am a student at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4-point scale);
- Good English proficiency (IELTS certificate with a score of 6.5 or higher, or equivalent)
- Demonstrates outstanding academic ability;
- Actively participate in youth union activities, extracurricular activities, and community service;
- I commit to fully participating in the program.
6. Application documents:
- Application form for participation in the program of Vietnam National University, Hanoi;
- One personal resume (CV/Resume) in English;
- One transcript in English, certified by the institution;
- Foreign language certificate;
- One photocopy/scan of your passport;
- One letter of recommendation from a lecturer;
- One essay explaining why you want to participate in the program (300-500 words).
- Evidence of participation in extracurricular activities, scientific research, and awards.

7. Application submission location and deadline:
Training units should compile student records and send the official letter to the Cooperation and Development Department, Room A103, Administration Building, Vietnam National University, Hanoi at Hoa Lac before March 14, 2025.
