Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) received notice from the National University
Singapore (NUS) on the TF-NUS LEaRN 2025 Student Exchange Program. VNU would like to inform the units about this program as follows:
1. Program name:TF-NUS LEaRN 2025 Student Exchange Programme at NUS.
2. Study time:
June 13, 2025: Attend the virtual launch via Zoom.
From June 30 to July 18, 2025: Attend the program directly at the training facility.
3. Benefits:
- Students are exempted from tuition and dormitory fees at the training facility (depending on the status of the dormitory);
- Other expenses (airfare, meals, personal expenses outside of class hours) will be covered by

5. Conditions for participating in the program:
- Student of VNU;
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (4-point scale);
- Good English proficiency (IELTS English certificate 6.5 or higher or equivalent)
- Demonstrate excellent academic ability;
- Actively participate in Youth Union activities, extracurricular activities, and community service;
- Commit to fully participate in the program.
6. Registration documents:
- Application form for VNU program;
- 01 personal resume (CV/Resume) in English;
- 01 Transcript in English certified by the unit;
- Foreign language certificate;
- 01 photocopy/scan of passport;
- 01 letter of recommendation from Lecturer;
- 01 essay stating why you want to attend the program (300 – 500 words).
- Evidence of participation in extracurricular activities, scientific research, awards
(if any);

7. Location and deadline for application submission:
Training units compile student records and send Official Dispatch to the Cooperation and Development Department, Room A103, Administration Building, Vietnam National University, Hanoi at Hoa Lac before March 14, 2025.
