Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS)KAS is a German political foundation affiliated with the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party, with offices in over 100 countries and territories worldwide. Operating in Vietnam since 1993, KAS supports policymakers, government agencies, public administrations, and think tanks in promoting dialogue, academic cooperation, and mutual understanding between Germany, the EU, and Vietnam. Foreign policy is one of its core areas of focus, in which KAS has established a long-standing and valuable partnership with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH-VNU Hanoi).
Regarding scholarships:The KAS Scholarship Program is open to full-time students pursuing Master's programs (International Relations, Political Science, International Law, and International Communication) at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH, VNU Hanoi). Our goal is to prepare them for academic and professional success by providing financial support and fostering personal development.

Scholarship Requirements and Guidelines: To be eligible for the scholarship, you should:
• Possess good English (and/or German) language skills
• Possess a good understanding of international relations, foreign affairs, and security issues.
• Good knowledge of KAS, Germany and the EU (Preferred)
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills
• Actively involved in scientific activities (Preferred)
• Ability to attend events organized by KAS as requested by KAS (Highly recommended)
Scholarship Ends:The scholarship will automatically be terminated if the recipient is no longer a full-time student or fails to meet the renewal requirements.

In the application, please explain your motivation for applying, demonstrate your interest in international relations and foreign policy, highlight relevant academic and extracurricular achievements, and describe how you plan to participate in KAS and its partners' activities.
