Announcement of the Orientation Work Schedule for Students of Course QH-2026-X

To carry out the tasks of welcoming new students of cohort K71 and organizing the "Integration Week - Civic Activities for Students," the University announces the schedule of initial activities for students of cohort QH-2026-X as follows:

1. Student Integration Week

- Time:From August 22, 2026 to August 28, 2026

(Morning: 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM).

- Location: Faculty of Literature Auditorium, 8th floor, Building E.

2. Health check-ups for students.

- Time: From August 24, 2026 to August 28, 2026

(Morning: 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM)

- Location: Lecture halls on the first floor of building G

- Examination fees are paid directly at the health check-up registration desk.

+ Students of cohort K71: 220,000 VND/student.

+ Students from specialized high schools: 200,000 VND/student.

- Each student should prepare two 4x6 photos to attach to their health check-up application.

- The time allocated for health check-ups for each unit is as follows:

4. Students will gather for meetings according to their course/class unit.

- Presiding officers: Representatives from the Faculty/Institute Leadership Board, Academic Advisors for Class K71, Representatives from the Executive Committee of the Student Union and Student Association of the training units.

- Content: Learn about the organization of the faculty/institute, nominate and elect class representatives, temporary student union/association, learn about the training program of the major, receive training program advice, and receive the timetable for the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.

- The specific locations for each field of study are as follows:
