Plan No. 524/KH-BGDDTdated May 8, 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training on organizing the collection of opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Resolution amending the Constitution);
Official dispatch No. 2423/VNU-TC&TTdated May 15, 2025 of Hanoi National University on organizing the collection of opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities requests Heads of units to organize, direct and implement a number of specific contents as follows:
1. Organize dissemination, direction, propaganda, popularization, and promotion of initiative and responsibility so that cadres, civil servants, employees, and learners of the unit actively participate in giving opinions on the Draft Resolution amending the Constitution in appropriate forms (via the National Assembly and Government electronic information portals; on the VneID application; Opinion polls at seminars, conferences, meetings, etc.).

Prepare a report summarizing the opinions of individuals and groups at the unit according to the detailed instructions in Appendix I and a summary table of the results of the opinion collection according to the form in Appendix II, send a written report to the School (through the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department), and send an electronic file via email: thanhtraphapche@ussh.edu.vn before 5:00 p.m. on May 20, 2025.
This is an important political task. The School requests that Heads of units promptly direct and organize implementation to ensure quality and compliance with plan.
