Announcement of recruitment for the International Exchange Program at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Thailand

1. Eligibility Criteria

Students and trainees of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities are not subject to criminal prosecution or currently under disciplinary action at the level of suspension from studies.

2. Programs at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Thailand

- Duration: 14 days (from June 30th to July 13th, 2025) - Program content: Visiting several famous landmarks in Laos and Thailand, learning about Thai language and culture, experiencing cultural activities such as: Thai cuisine, martial arts, traditional dances... After the course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion.
- Program participation fee: 14,500,000 VND, applicable for groups of 30 or more people. This fee includes:
+ Fee payable to Udon Thani Rajabhat University: 6000 Thai baht (equivalent to 4,615,080 VND according to the exchange rate on April 10, 2025)
+ Fees payable to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities: 9,884,920 VND
The above cost includes: tuition fees, dormitory fees, transportation fees, tour insurance, entrance fees to some locations in Laos, and meal expenses during the trip.
* The above cost does not include: accommodation and meals in Udon Thani, mobile phone SIM card fees, and other personal expenses.

3. Application documents:

- Application form for participation in the program (with family confirmation);
- Copy of student ID card;
- Original passport valid for more than 6 months, with at least 2 blank visa pages;
- For first-time departures, a photocopy of the household registration book or residence confirmation certificate (CT07) must also be provided;
- Copy of citizen identification card;
- Two passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm) taken within the last three months (write your full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of each photo).

4. Application deadline: Before May 10, 2025.
