Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 610/TCDL-LH dated June 20, 2012 of the General Department of Tourism on the authorization to organize foreign language proficiency tests for international tour guides, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities respectfully sends to the General Department of Tourism the plan to organize exams and grant foreign language certificates specialized in tourism in 2017, specifically as follows:
1. Contestants:
Those who wish to take a foreign language certificate exam (English, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Indonesian, Italian, Khmer, Spanish, Thai, Chinese) specializing in tourism to be granted an international tour guide card.

3. Registration Deadline:10 days before the exam.
4. Exam registration documents:
- 01 portrait photo (4cm x 6cm)
- 01 photocopy of ID card, Birth certificate
- 01 Application form (according to form)
5. Exam format:
- Comprehensive writing (reading, writing, listening skills): 90 minutes.
- Presentation by topic: 07-10 minutes
