Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 610/TCDL-LH dated June 20, 2012 of the General Department of Tourism on authorizing the organization of foreign language proficiency tests for international tour guides, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities respectfully sends to the General Department of Tourism the plan to organize exams and grant certificates of foreign languages specialized in tourism in 2017, specifically as follows:
1. Contestants:
Candidates wishing to take a foreign language certificate exam (English, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Indonesian, Italian, Khmer, Spanish, Thai, Chinese) specializing in tourism to be granted an international tour guide card.

3. Registration Deadline:10 days before the exam date.
4. Exam registration documents:
- 01 portrait photo (4cm x 6cm)
- 01 photocopy of ID card, Birth certificate
- 01 Application form (according to form)
5. Exam format:
- Comprehensive essay (reading, writing, listening skills): 90 minutes.
- Presentation by topic: 07-10 minutes
6. Exam fees:Contact Center for Foreign Languages and Training Cooperation, University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
