Pursuant to Urgent Dispatch No. 05/CD-UBND dated July 26, 2020 of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, continuing to implement Official Dispatch No. 1207/ĐQGHN-VP dated April 23, 2020 of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on continuing to implement the Prime Minister's direction on epidemic prevention, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities requests units to deploy the following contents:
1. Heads of units notify their staff who have been to Da Nang within 14 days to compile a list and send it to the Steering Committee Secretary via email address.ctsv@ussh.edu.vnandcuongph@ussh.edu.vn, and proactively self-isolate at home for 14 days.
2. Continue to remind staff and students to strictly implement Directive 15 of the Prime Minister, maintain safety measures to prevent epidemics (wear masks, keep a safe distance, wash hands regularly with antiseptic solution...) during work and study.
3. Regularly pay attention to, grasp and update information on the epidemic situation related to staff and students of your unit; promptly report to the Board of Directors and the School's Epidemic Prevention Steering Committee if any problems arise at the unit.
