Organizing the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor's degrees for the academic year 2019-2020

In accordance with the academic year plan, the University will organize the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony for the 2019-2020 academic year for all graduating students (batches 1 and 2 of 2020). To ensure the successful organization of this important event, we request that the leaders of each unit inform the graduating students under their unit of the following:

1. Time and location of the event

ButTime7:00 AM, July 31, 2020 (Friday)

ButLocationAuditorium on the 8th floor of Building E

ButParticipants:Representatives of the Heads of Departments; Center for Quality Assurance in Education; Secretary of the Youth Union; President of the Student Association; Representatives of the Heads of training units and student volunteers (Guests and delegates should arrive at 8:30 AM..

3.The school requires student volunteers to attend the Graduation Ceremony:

- Dress formally, arrive on time, and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.

- Following the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E:

+ Graduating students should go to the Training Department (Room 604, Building E) to receive their graduation transcripts.

+ Students graduating with Excellent or Good grades should come to the Political and Student Affairs Office (Room 102, Building E) to receive their Certificates of Merit.

For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and Bachelor's Degree Awarding, we request that unit leaders urge their student volunteers to seriously implement the plan.
