To fulfill the tasks of the 2017-2018 academic year and to further promote student scientific research towards quality goals and create a research environment in learning, the University of Science and Humanities is implementing the student scientific research plan for the 2017-2018 academic year as follows:
1. Organize a student scientific conference at the unit level.
Time:
- The units (hereinafter referred to as Faculties) develop and implement the Faculty-level student scientific research plan (Implementation for student registration; assignment of supervising lecturers, organization of project evaluation according to regulations).(Appendix 1);(Regarding awarding prizes and organizing student scientific conferences at the Faculty level)before March 31, 2018.
- Departments report the results of the student scientific research plan to the University (hard copy via the Scientific Research Management Department, soft copy via email):quanlykhoahocxhnv@gmail.com)before 4:30 PM, April 10, 2018The report includes:
+ List of scientific research projects by students(Appendix 2).
+ Construction(Appendix 3)and a summary of the work(Appendix 4)student scientific researchProposal for consideration of a school-level award.with the following structure:
* The Faculty has 2 undergraduate programs: 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 3 third prizes.
* The Faculty has one training program and a high-quality training system: 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes.
* Remaining Departments: 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 2 third prizes.
2. Organize a University-level Student Scientific Conference
- Organizing the evaluation of students' scientific works:From April 10, 2018 to May 8, 2018.
- Organize a university-level student scientific conference:Before May 20, 2018.
- Investing in projects for the Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Ministry of Education and Training:From May 18, 2018.
