International scientific conference “Critical issues for sustainable tourism development in South East Asia”

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, in collaboration with Greifswald University (Federal Republic of Germany) and Hue University, organized a workshop on the theme “Critical issues for sustainable tourism development in South East Asia”. The workshop aimed to provide an opportunity for domestic and international scientists to exchange and discuss issues and lessons learned in sustainable tourism development in Southeast Asia.

Attending the conference, on the international side, will be representatives from Greifswald University (Germany), the University of Applied Sciences (Germany), Rikkyo University (Japan), and scientists from countries in Southeast Asia. On the Vietnamese side, the conference will include representatives from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the Institute for Tourism Development Research, the Board of Directors of the Vietnam National University, representatives from tourism training institutions in Vietnam, and domestic researchers.
