5th International Humanitarian Law Mock Trial Competition (National Round 2017)

The competition will take place over two days (November 10-11, 2017) with the participation of 7 teams from the following universities: University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi; Ho Chi Minh City University of Law; University of Law and Economics, VNU Ho Chi Minh City; Can Tho University of Law; and the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.

The International Humanitarian Law Mock Trial Competition is an annual event widely held around the world, providing students with the opportunity to experience the role of a litigating lawyer in court. The competition offers students a chance to hone their public speaking, communication, and presentation skills in English, and to gain experience in resolving legal issues. The winning team will represent Vietnam at the international competition held in Hong Kong.
