  1. Admission notice for successful candidates in 2010: original and 3 photocopies.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification, or a temporary graduation certificate (original) for candidates who graduated in 2010.
  3. High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy or certified copy from the school where you graduated, and the original for verification.
  4. Birth certificate: 01 certified copy of the original or 01 notarized photocopy.
  5. The attached resume/CV must include a photograph with a seal and certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
