Previously, from July 22nd to 5 PM on August 20th, 2022, candidates registered and adjusted their nguyện vọng (preferences) online through the Common System or the National Public Service Portal. The Ministry of Education and Training organized six rounds of virtual filtering for universities. It is expected that from 2 PM on September 15th, the Ministry of Education and Training will send data to universities so that they can announce the cut-off scores and the list of admitted students for 2022.

After this time, universities will enter the admission scores and application results into the system; review and announce the admission results. Before 5 PM on September 17th, educational institutions will announce the admission cutoff scores and application results for 2022. And before 5 PM on September 30th, all admitted candidates must confirm their enrollment online in the first round on the system. If a candidate does not complete this process, they will be considered not admitted to the university.
