Strengthening the exchange of lecturers and students between VNU-USSH and Honghe Academy of China

On behalf of Hong Ha Academy, there were Mr. Tran Ke Duong - Vice Rector, along with representatives of the leaders, staff, lecturers of the Institute of Industry and Trade, Institute of National and Regional Studies, Institute of Journalism and Propaganda. At the meeting, the two sides discussed the following issues:
- Organizing the Conference "Forum of Rectors of Universities in the Red River Basin" chaired by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU in 2025.
- Experience in cooperation and exchange of students and lecturers between the two schools in the past and directions and plans for cooperation in the coming time. In particular, focusing on solutions to improve the effectiveness of cooperation between the two sides.
Speaking at the meeting, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities emphasized: Student and lecturer exchange cooperation is an important activity contributing to improving the quality of training and research of the two universities. VNU-USSH is committed to creating favorable conditions for students and lecturers of Hong Ha Academy to participate in learning activities, academic exchanges, and research activities at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.
Mr. Tran Ke Duong - Vice Principal of Hong Ha Academy also expressed his wish: The cooperation between Hong Ha Academy and VNU-USSH will be increasingly strengthened and developed. We believe that the cooperation between the two schools will bring many benefits to students and lecturers, contributing to the common development of the two schools.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides agreed to:
- Continue to strengthen the exchange of students and lecturers between the two schools.
- Expand the areas of cooperation in language training, culture, journalism - communication, philosophy, ...
- Create favorable conditions for students and lecturers to participate in cooperation activities in training, research, and academic exchange.
The meeting between Hong Ha Academy and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU took place in an atmosphere of cooperation and friendship. The two sides believe that the cooperation in student and lecturer exchange between the two schools will be increasingly strengthened, contributing to the common development of the two schools and academic exchange between Vietnam and China.
Previously, in June 2023, a delegation from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Rector visited and worked at Honghe Academy. The two sides agreed to restart many cooperation projects after a period of recovery from Covid - 19.
