Patalinghug – Head of AUN-QA External Assessment TeamAccording to AUN-QA's educational accreditation standards, important aspects of the training program will be assessed, such as: program objectives and learning outcomes, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment methods, quality assurance activities, lecturers and students, facilities and student support, etc. From there, the assessment team will provide advice to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU to improve and enhance the quality of the training program.
The inspection team will also work with the leaders of the Faculty of Sociology, interview lecturers and support staff, students, alumni, employers, and visit the facilities of Hanoi National University, the facilities of the School and the Faculty of Sociology.

By the end of 2023, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has completed the quality assessment of 06 training programs according to AUN-QA standards and 15 training programs according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training. According to the plan, in 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will complete the quality assessment of 100% of university training programs eligible for quality accreditation after conducting the quality assessment of the Social Work training program and 03 other training programs.

Bachelor of Social Work Training Program (English: The Degree of Bachelor in Social Work) aims to train human resources with extensive knowledge of social issues, with skills to intervene and solve social problems at the individual, group, community and social levels.
The training program helps learners develop research and teaching skills, especially skills in intervening to solve social problems, consulting on building social policies to meet the development needs of the country; Providing the ability to continue studying at a higher level, accumulating experience to become experts in the field of social work.
