The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is recruiting students for its short-term course "Communication and Etiquette Skills in the Workplace".ButTargetBy the end of the course, students will have a better understanding of basic etiquette principles, especially within the Vietnamese cultural environment, knowing how to respect and listen to others, and how to express themselves and master their own language. In addition, the course equips students with fundamental principles for the workplace and social interactions, thereby enhancing their life skills and social understanding, while also developing a unique and attractive personal style.Training programStudents will learn and practice basic skills:
  • Fundamental principles in communication and interaction with the community.
  • Vietnamese culture of behavior
  • Communication, etiquette, and dress code in the workplace and in social settings.
  • Skills in writing and responding to emails, contacting and answering phone calls, meeting with partners, basic negotiation…
  • Attending large gatherings, parties, etc.
  • Master the language and develop your personal style.
