University of Social Sciences and Humanities is enrolling for the short-term course "Communication and behavioral skills in the workplace".-
Target: At the end of the course, students will have a better understanding of basic principles of conduct, especially in the Vietnamese cultural environment, know how to respect and listen to others, know how to express and master their own language. In addition, the course also equips students with basic principles when going to the office, communicating in society, from which students can improve their life experience and social understanding, while building for themselves a special and attractive personal style. -
Training programStudents learn and practice basic skills:
- Basic principles of communication and engagement with the community
- Vietnamese culture of behavior
- Communication, behavior and dress in the workplace and in society
- Skills in writing and replying to emails, contacting and answering the phone, meeting partners, basic negotiations...
- Attending crowded meetings, parties…
- Master the language and build your personal style

Study time: 3 weeks, 3 sessions per week. Start: June 2011 -
Tuition: 1,500,000 VND/student/course. -
