Authorized by the General Department of Tourism (Official Letter No. 462/TCDL-LH dated July 22, 2009), the Center for Foreign Languages and International Educational Exchange Promotion, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is the sole unit authorized to organize examinations and issue certificates in specialized foreign languages for tourism in 2009.

To help candidates achieve the best possible results in the exam, the Center announces enrollment for review classes.
Exam schedule:
Phase 1:
* Chinese: August 22, 2009
* Japanese, Korean, German, Thai, Spanish, Italian: August 24, 2009
Phase 2:
* English: September 19, 2009
* French, Russian: September 26, 2009
*Content of the review course program:
* Systematically review and reinforce grammatical structures, vocabulary, and specialized knowledge in fields such as history, culture, geology, geography, biology, environment, politics, law, and other areas.
* Practice listening comprehension, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
* Practice giving presentations at several tourist destinations.
* Familiarize yourself with common exam question types.
* Guidance on how to approach and handle exam questions most effectively.
Duration: 10 sessions
* Deadline for registering for the review class:
* Languages with the first round of exams: before August 4, 2009
* Languages holding the second round of exams: before August 10, 2009
* Expected start date for the review class:
* Phase 1: August 6, 2009
* Phase 2: August 17, 2009
* Language proficiency requirement for course participants: equivalent to level C.
* Location: in Hanoi or as requested (minimum of 15 students)
