- Thesis:"Innovation of social policy for teaching staff in schools of the Vietnam People's Army today"is researched based on the theoretical basis of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the system of viewpoints of Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought on promoting human resources in the socialist revolution; Views of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnam People's Army on the role of education and training in the army associated with building the potential of the teaching staff in the current conditions of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

- The thesis explains and presents the concept of social policy, social policy innovation for the teaching staff in military schools, affirms the role, content, criteria and factors affecting the process of social policy innovation; assesses the current situation, points out the causes and some issues arising in social policy innovation; thereby posing requirements and proposing some basic solutions to innovate social policy for the teaching staff in the schools of the Vietnam People's Army today.

11. Practical application:

The thesis contributes to consolidating and affirming the viewpoints of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought on building human resources in the socialist revolution; the viewpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnam People's Army on the position and role of the teaching staff in innovating and improving the effectiveness of education and training, thereby having correct social policies for them to further enhance their ability to contribute and serve.
