- Dissertation:"Reforming social policies for lecturers in the current schools of the Vietnam People's Army"This research is based on the theoretical foundations of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the system of Marxist-Leninist viewpoints, and Ho Chi Minh's thought on developing human resources in the socialist revolution; and the views of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnam People's Army on the role of education and training in the army, linked to building the potential of the teaching staff in the current conditions of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
- This dissertation analyzes and presents a concept of social policy and social policy reform for lecturers in military schools, affirming the role, content, criteria, and factors affecting the process of social policy reform; assessing the current situation, identifying the causes and some issues arising in social policy reform; and from there, setting requirements and proposing some basic solutions to reform social policy for lecturers in the Vietnam People's Army schools today.
11. Practical applications:
This dissertation contributes to consolidating and affirming the Marxist-Leninist viewpoint and Ho Chi Minh Thought on building human resources in the socialist revolution; the viewpoint of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnam People's Army on the position and role of lecturers in reforming and improving the effectiveness of education and training, thereby developing correct social policies for them to further enhance their ability to contribute and serve. The dissertation can be used as teaching material on social policy in military schools; at the same time, it provides additional theoretical and practical basis for the Party, State, and military to research and enact new social policies for officers in general and lecturers in the Vietnam People's Army schools in particular.

The thesis “Renovating Social Policy for Teachers in universities of Vietnam People's Army” is based on theoretical basis of Dialectical and Historical Materialism, the systematic views of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh on promoting human resources in socialist revolution; Opinions of Vietnam Communist Party, and Vietnam People's Army about the role of education and training in the military associated with building potential teachers in conditions of building and defending Socialist of Vietnam today.
Thesis, interpretation, giving point of view about Social policy, Social policy's Renovation for Teachers in military universities, confirms the role, criteria and factors to the process of renovating social policy; evaluates the situation, points out the causes and some existing issues in renovating social policy; thereby setting up requirements, and suggesting some solutions to renovating social policy for Teachers in universities of Vietnam People's Army.
