Systematize theoretical and practical contents on the issue of promoting the role of teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects at Vietnamese universities and colleges, including the following main ideas:

The first, teaching in general as well as teaching political theory subjects in particular, is not the impact of teachers on students as previously conceived, but the conditional impact of lecturers on the knowledge system of political theory subjects in a certain educational environment, in a specific historical period, with the participation of students appropriate to a specific training major. Thanks to that, knowledge of political theory subjects impacts and re-impacts on students with the aim of helping students perceive that knowledge system and have a worldview and dialectical materialist methodology to serve the study of specialized subjects and serve their own lives.

The content of the new mechanism is that the State unifies the management of program content along with diversifying textbooks associated with the institutionalization of the role and promoting the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects.

The thesis is capable of orienting the development of programs and textbooks for political theory subjects in the direction of adapting knowledge of political theory subjects with knowledge of specialized subjects of students at universities and colleges that do not specialize in Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought.

The thesis is also the basis for the Central agencies of the Party and State; and universities and colleges to refer to in developing plans to promote the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects.

Thesis“Promoting the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects in Vietnamese universities and colleges today”is researched in an open direction. The spirit of the thesis is to create a free, democratic environment, creating material and spiritual motivation for the team of lecturers of political theory subjects to comprehensively develop their intelligence and capacity. Therefore, the next research direction of the thesis is generally:Identifying the subjects to promote and the path to promote the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects. With that orientation, it is possible to separate into many other small issues for research. For example, if we separate into the subject of development, we have the following directions:

The role of the Central Propaganda Department in promoting the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects; The role of the Government in promoting the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects; The role of the Ministry of Education and Training in promoting the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects; The role of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors in promoting the role of the teaching staff in innovating the teaching of political theory subjects, etc. If we separate according to the knowledge of each political theory subject, we can have the following directions:

Systematization ofargumentative contexts and practicesfor promoting the role of lecturersin teaching innovation of political theories at Vietnamese universities and colleges includes the following main ideas:

First, teaching in general and teaching political theory courses in particular is not the teacher's impact on students as in the previous notion but a conditional impact of lecturers on the knowledge system of political theories in a certain educational environment, in a specific historical period, with the participation of appropriate students in some specific majors. Thus, knowledge of political theory courses impacts and re-impacts on studentssaiming to help students realize the knowledge system and have a world view and methodology of dialectical materialism to serve the study of specialized subjects and serve their own lives.

Second, in teaching innovation of political theory courses, the leading role of lecturers is to create, research and propose innovative purposes, contents, organizational forms of teaching and assessment; as the key element to assess the results of content innovationprograms.

Third,promoting the role of lecturers in teaching innovation of political theory courses is a concept referring to progresses in which entities and trainers use aninteractive system in order to motivate or create an environment for existing roles; to reveal hidden roles; to eliminate the drawbacks in teaching innovation of the team on the principle of voluntary consensus in accordance with objective rules.

Fourth,with the current status related topromoting the role of tutors in teaching innovation of political theory courses at present, we offer solutions in order to continue developing that role.The heart of the solution is to shift from centralized management mechanism to the new mechanism of democratic concentration. The content of the new mechanism is the fact that the State agrees on the management of program contents in parallel with the diversification of the curriculum associated with regulating and promoting the role of lecturers in teaching innovation of political theory courses.

12. Practical application, if any:

The thesis can guide the development of programs and related curriculum to political theory courses in adapting the knowledge of political theoriesto specialized academic knowledge by students at universities and colleges not focusing on the science of Marxism-Leninism and the ideology of Ho Chi Minh.

The thesis is also the reference for the central bodies of the Party and the State; of universities and colleges in the development of plans to promote the role of lecturers in teaching innovation of political theories.

13. Further research direction, if any:

The thesis of "Promoting the role of lecturers in teaching innovation of political theories at Vietnamese universities and colleges at present" has been studied in an open way. The spirit of the thesis is to create an environment of freedom, democracy, givematerial and spiritual motivation for the political theory facultyto comprehensively develop their intellectual capabilities. Therefore, further research is generally to:Identify the subject and the approach topromote the role of tutors in teaching innovation of political theory courses. With the direction, it can be split into several other smaller studies. For example, if the further research aims at promoting subjects, we can have studies in the following direction:

The role of the Central Propaganda Department in promoting the role of lecturers in teaching innovation of political theories; The role of the Government in promoting the role of tutors in teaching innovation of political theories; The role of the Ministry of Education and Training in promoting the role of lecturers in teaching innovation of political theories; The role of the Party committee and managing board in promoting the role of lecturers in teaching innovation of political theories etc. But if the further research aims at the knowledge of each political theory course, we can have studies in the following direction:
