Tuesday, while studies in our country have only stopped at studying the relationship between one (or more) variables to one (or more) other variables, very few studies have studied the impact of intermediate variables, moderating variables on a relationship between two variables, this study is one of the rare studies in our country up to this point that has deeply analyzed the relationship between values ​​and pro-social behavior in young people according to both direct and indirect mechanisms when there is the participation of other intermediate and moderating factors.

11. Summary of new findings of the thesis:

Firstly, the thesis has developed a theoretical and theoretical framework for the development of a toolkit, practical data collection for multi-dimensional consideration; Points out the scientific basis to include that depending on the value or group of values ​​​​they are capable of promoting or hindering social support behavior in adolescents.

Secondly, the thesis also contributes to the ongoing assessment and validation of some theories of value and social support in the context of Vietnam today. The research results of the thesis allow to draw scientific conclusions about the relationship between values ​​and behavior of social support of youth on the basis of culture, society and particular characteristics of Vietnam.

Thirdly, while research in our country is only about understanding the relationship between one (or many) variables and one or more variables, very few studies investigate the impact of Intermediate variables, regulatory variables, and a relationship between two variables, this study is one of the rare studies in our country to this time to deepen the relationship between values ​​and behaviors in favor of young people in both direct and indirect mechanisms with the participation of other intermediaries and regulators.

Fourthly, this research contributes to the diversity and richness of the study of values ​​and behaviors in favor of society in Vietnam.

Fifthly, the research results of the thesis may serve as a scientific basis for contained contents and programs of value education, behavioral education for social support, active behavior among young people nowadays, improving and preventing negative and anti-social behavior among youth.

Make reference materials for educators, families, and schools in the process of value education and advocacy for youth.

13. Further research directions:

Firstly, continue to pursue further and further research in Vietnam in terms of values, pro-social behavior as well as the relationship between values ​​and behaviors favoring society as a whole. The research is interesting but very close and essential to life.

Secondly, it is necessary to study and explain the mechanism of the reverse effect of social support for values. In other words, in the future, a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between value and pro-social behavior is needed.

Thirdly, this study has initially adapted a number of international measures on Vietnamese youth, particularly young people living and working in Hanoi. Continuing to expand and scale up scales across multiple stakeholder groups and in many other areas will provide us with a good range of scales when researching this issue.
