- The dissertation provides a relatively large amount of material on issues related to the socialization of healthcare in Vietnam.
- The research findings of this thesis will contribute to a better understanding of the Vietnamese Communist Party's views and policies on healthcare socialization, as well as the Party's leadership in implementing healthcare socialization from 1993 to 2015.
- This dissertation can be used as a reference for agencies and individuals engaged in research and teaching of the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the revolutionary line of the Communist Party of Vietnam, public health, health economics, etc. The conclusions drawn from the dissertation also serve as a reference for agencies and individuals involved in advising on and formulating health policies, as well as contributing to improving the knowledge of healthcare professionals to effectively implement the Party and State's policies in the new context.

- The research result of the thesis adds to the understanding of the Communist Party of Vietnam's views and guidelines on the medical socialization as well as the Party's leadership in implementing the medical socialization from 1993 to 2015.
- The thesis can be used as a reference for agencies and individuals who study and teach the history of the Vietnamese Communist Party, the revolutionary lines of the Vietnamese Communist Party, Public health, Health economics ...
