- The thesis has collected, compiled, and highlighted the characteristics and current state of the texts, from content to form, of the inscriptions on stelae in Ho Chi Minh City.

- The thesis has contributed to identifying valuable epigraphic materials for research on historical, economic, cultural, and social issues, ranging from historical figures, place names, literature, activities of Chinese guilds, charitable activities such as building temples and hospitals, to trade, economic activities, land ownership, and other aspects of Ho Chi Minh City.

- The thesis has demonstrated the value of epigraphic documents in the study of religion and beliefs, ranging from Vietnamese and Chinese Buddhist beliefs, Confucian thought, school and library construction... to missionary work and the worship of Thien Hau Holy Mother and Quan Thanh Emperor in Ho Chi Minh City.

11. Practical applications:

- Compiling reference materials for students of Sino-Vietnamese studies and those with similar interests.

12. Future research directions:

- Expand research to include other issues, from content to form, related to the Han Nom inscriptions in Ho Chi Minh City.

- The thesis collects and describes the current status and characteristics of the inscriptions, from the appearance to the content of the epitaphs in Ho Chi Minh City.

- The thesis contributes to showing the significance of epitaphs for research on historical, socio-economic and cultural issues, including those related to the historic figures, place-names, literary works, activities of Hoa guilds, charity and public-welfare activities such as pagoda and hospital buildings, etc… as well as those related to exchanges, economic activities, land and inheritance trade etc… in Ho Chi Minh City.

- The thesis indicates the value of epitaphs in the research on religions and beliefs, including Buddhist practices of Vietnamese and Chinese people, Confucian thoughts, school and library building etc… as well as issues involved with the preaching and worship of Thien Hau thanh mau (Mazu goddess) and Quan thanh de quan (Guan Yu god) in Ho Chi Minh City.
