An objective and scientific assessment of the current state of political development of the People's Public Security Force over the past 10 years, clearly identifying the requirements for building the People's Public Security Force politically today.

Proposing directions and solutions to improve the political development of the People's Public Security force in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology today.

11. Practical applications:

The research findings of this dissertation contribute to providing scientific arguments and evidence for the People's Public Security Force, especially for the General Political Department of the People's Public Security, to advise the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security on formulating strategies, projects, and policies for building the People's Public Security Force politically to meet the current requirements of the country. The research results of this dissertation can be used as reference material for scientific research on police theory, teaching in Political Science, Ho Chi Minh Studies, security science subjects, Party building science, and the building of the People's Public Security Force.

12. Future research directions:

Building the political foundation of the People's Public Security Force is a difficult task, encompassing many comprehensive issues and requiring meticulous and serious research from various levels, sectors, and scientists both within and outside the Public Security sector. Only then can the requirements of creatively applying Ho Chi Minh's thought and the practical challenges of building the political foundation of the People's Public Security Force be adequately addressed. The research results of this dissertation are only the initial step, providing a basis and conditions for further in-depth research, linked to the continuous development of the functions and tasks of the People's Public Security Force. This study delves deeply into each aspect of Ho Chi Minh's thought on building the Vietnamese People's Public Security force politically, aiming to clarify the building and training of political ideals, political fortitude, character, behavioral skills, and political relations between police officers and soldiers and the people, in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology.

This study continues to investigate the positive and negative factors impacting the political development of the People's Public Security Force based on Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the current context. This aims to clarify urgent issues in improving the quality of political development within the People's Public Security Force according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology. In particular, it clarifies the integration of Ho Chi Minh's theory with theoretical and practical police science to address the limitations and shortcomings in current police political development work.

The focus is on in-depth research into creative solutions for applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology to enhance the political effectiveness of the People's Public Security force today. This will contribute to consolidating and strengthening the absolute and comprehensive leadership role of the Party over the People's Public Security force in all aspects, and ensure the goal of building a strong, revolutionary, professional, elite, and progressively modern People's Public Security force, effectively serving the cause of national construction and defense in the current situation.

12. Further research directions:

Building the Police force on the political aspect is a difficult, comprehensive and task, requiring serious and careful study of many levels, branches and many scientists. Many scientists within and without the police industry to adequately address the requirements of creative application of Ho Chi Minh's ideology and the practical requirements regarding the building of the police force from the political angle. The research results of the thesis are only the first step, which is the basis for further study in association with the continuous development of the functions and tasks of the police force. Together with the study of building the current Vietnamese People's Police force on the political aspect based on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, the following research directions have been suggested, such as:

- Thoroughly studying each content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on the building of the Police force on the political aspect in order to clarify the building and training of political ideals, political spirit, character behavior and political relationships between police officers and the people as well as among police officers themselves in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology.

- Continuing to study the positive and negative impacts on the building of the Police Force based on Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the current context, thus clarifying the issues raised. Urgent issues in improving the quality of building the police force on the political aspect in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology. In particular, it is necessary to clarify the combination of Ho Chi Minh's theory with theoretical science and practical science of police to overcome the dangers in the current building of the police force from the political perspective.

- Concentrating on studying solutions to apply the problem of applying creatively Ho Chi Minh's ideology to improve the efficiency of building the Police force on the political aspect today. Thereby, this contributes to the consolidation and enhancement of the Party's absolute and comprehensive leadership on all the aspects of the People's police force and it will also ensure the objective of building a strong and revolutionary police force. A police force that is strong, revolutionary, standardized, elite and modernized step by step serving effectively for the cause of national construction and defense in the current situation.
