This dissertation has contributed to the development of a new research direction on Ho Chi Minh's thought on solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance among nations from the perspective of Ho Chi Minh's ideology:

- Based on authoritative sources from scholars and researchers both domestically and internationally, the thesis clarifies the conceptual system and basic content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance among nations; and clarifies the theoretical and practical value of that thought.

- Based on that, the thesis accurately assesses the achievements, limitations, causes, and issues raised in resolving ethnic issues in Thai Nguyen province from 1997 to the present. Through this, it proposes practical and feasible directions and solutions to effectively address ethnic issues in Thai Nguyen province today, in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology of solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance.

11. Practical applications:

- This dissertation serves as a reference document for research and teaching in the field of Ho Chi Minh Studies, as well as social sciences and humanities subjects related to the national question and its resolution.

- From a Ho Chi Minh studies perspective, the research results of this dissertation initially provide some theoretical and practical foundations for the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee in applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance among ethnic groups to address the ethnic issues currently facing Thai Nguyen province.

- Conduct in-depth research on each aspect of Ho Chi Minh's thought regarding solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance among nations to understand the immense scale and value of that ideology.

- Continue researching the current state of ethnic issue resolution in general and ethnic issue resolution in Thai Nguyen province in particular, thereby clarifying the urgent issues facing ethnic issue resolution in Thai Nguyen province today.

- By analyzing official Vietnamese and international scholastic documents, the researcher has made clear about a system of concepts and arguments in Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality mutual assistance among peoples and their theoretical and practical values.

- By evaluating the practice in handling ethnic issues in Thai Nguyen province from 1997 to present, the researcher notified the limitations and their causes. Thereby, the researcher proposed practical and feasible approaches and measures to effectively solve the contemporary ethnic issues arisen in Thai Nguyen province in the light of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality and mutual assistance among peoples.

11. Practical applicability:

- The thesis can be used as a source of reference for the research and teaching of Ho Chi Minh Studies as well as the topic of ethnic issues in social and humanity sciences.

- From the perspectives of Ho Chi Minh Studies, the research findings formed initial theoretical and practical bases on which Thai Nguyen Party Committee could effectively solve the contemporary ethnic issues arising in Thai Nguyen Province in the light of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality and mutual assistance among peoples.
