The thesis has contributed to developing a new research direction on Ho Chi Minh's thought on solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance among ethnic groups from the perspective of Ho Chi Minh's thought:

- Based on official documents of scholars and researchers at home and abroad, the thesis has clarified the system of concepts and basic content of Ho Chi Minh's thought on solidarity, equality and mutual assistance among ethnic groups; clarified the theoretical and practical value of that thought.

- On that basis, the thesis correctly assesses the achievements, limitations, causes and issues raised in solving ethnic issues in Thai Nguyen province from 1997 to present. Thereby, it proposes practical and feasible directions and solutions to effectively solve ethnic issues in Thai Nguyen province today according to Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality and mutual assistance.

11. Practical application:

- The thesis is used as a reference document for research and teaching of Ho Chi Minh studies, social sciences and humanities related to ethnic issues and solving ethnic issues.

- From the perspective of Ho Chi Minh studies, the research results of the thesis initially provide some theoretical and practical bases for the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen province in applying Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance among ethnic groups to solve the ethnic issues currently arising in Thai Nguyen province.

- Deeply study each content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on solidarity, equality, and mutual assistance among ethnic groups to see the great stature and value of that ideology.

- Continue to study the current situation of solving ethnic problems in general and solving ethnic problems in Thai Nguyen province, thereby clarifying urgent issues in solving ethnic problems in Thai Nguyen province today.

- Focus on in-depth research on creative solutions to apply Ho Chi Minh's ideology to solve the national problems currently arising in Thai Nguyen province.

The research has shed new light on Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality and mutual assistance among peoples of Ho Chi Minh's ideology:

- By analyzing official Vietnamese and international scholastic documents, the researcher has made clear about a system of concepts and arguments in Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality mutual assistance among peoples and their theoretical and practical values.

- By evaluating the practice in handling ethnic issues in Thai Nguyen province from 1997 to present, the researcher notified the limitations and their causes. Thereby, the researcher proposed practical and feasible approaches and measures to effectively solve the contemporary ethnic issues arisen in Thai Nguyen province in the light of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality and mutual assistance among peoples.

11. Practical applicability:

- The thesis can be used as a source of reference for the research and teaching of Ho Chi Minh Studies as well as the topic of ethnic issues in social and humanity sciences.

- From the perspectives of Ho Chi Minh Studies, the research findings formed initial theoretical and practical bases on which Thai Nguyen Party Committee could effectively solve the contemporary ethnic issues arising in Thai Nguyen Province in the light of Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on solidarity, equality and mutual assistance among peoples.
