10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has provided a comprehensive perspective on the energy cooperation process among the European Union (EU) member states in the period 2014-2023. First of all, the thesis has clarified the theoretical basis and factors affecting energy cooperation in the European Union (EU). The current state of energy cooperation in this period is mentioned through four main aspects: energy trade, energy production, technology transfer and intra-bloc cooperation mechanisms.
From there, the highlights of energy cooperation in the period 2014-2023 are compared with the period before 2014, showing that the EU has shown remarkable efforts in its plan to diversify energy supplies, reduce dependence on Russia, especially after the Russia-Ukraine conflict had a profound impact on the bloc, focusing more on promoting self-production and use of renewable energy. The thesis points out the challenges that the EU faces related to energy costs, energy self-sufficiency and internal unity of the EU. The prospects and scenarios forecasting the trend of energy cooperation among EU member states until 2030 focus on cooperation in technological transformation towards the use of green energy, post-pandemic recovery and response to crises arising from geopolitical conflicts.
11. Practical applicability: The research results of the thesis are reference documents, providing scientific basis for research related to energy cooperation and EU energy policy. The prospects and forecast scenarios of the research paper contribute to the basis for policy making on energy issues of the EU in particular or other regions in the world in general.
12. Further research directions: The author continues to research energy cooperation between the EU and external partners, studying trends and lessons for other regions.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The thesis provides a comprehensive view on the energy cooperation among European Union (EU) member states between 2014 and 2023. Firstly, it clarifies the theoretical foundation and factors involving energy cooperation within the EU. The state of energy cooperation is described through four main aspects: energy trade, energy production, technology transfer, and intra-bloc cooperation mechanisms.
The key achievements of energy cooperation in this period are compared with the pre - 2014 period, demonstrating the EU has made significant efforts in diversifying energy sources and reducing dependence on Russia, particularly following the profound impact of the Russia–Ukraine conflict on this area. EU focus on promoting self-production and renewable energy usage. The challenges are highlighted, including energy costs, self-sufficiency in energy supply, and internal cohesion. The prospects and scenarios forecasting in energy cooperation among EU member states until 2030 focus on collaboration in technology transfer toward green energy adoption, post-pandemic recovery, and responses to crises stemming from geopolitical conflicts.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
The results of thesis can be served as a reference document, scientific basis for researches related to energy cooperation and EU energy policies. The prospects and forecasted scenarios of the thesis contribute to the foundation for policymaking on energy issues, both for the EU in particular and for other regions in general.
13. Further research directions, if any: The author continues to research energy cooperation between the EU and external partners, examining trends and experiences for other regions.
