Summary of thesis results:On the basis of systematizing a number of theoretical issues related to the topic, the thesis has identified, analyzed, and evaluated the content and form of expression of works written about the issue of children in special circumstances in Vietnamese electronic newspapers today. From there, it points out the advantages and limitations of works written about the issue of children in special circumstances in electronic newspapers and proposes solutions to improve the quality of the works; at the same time, draws lessons for reporters and journalists when participating in writing articles on this topic.

Practical applicability: The thesis is meaningful to two groups of fields: first, the thesis has pointed out the advantages and limitations of electronic newspapers in providing information aboutissues of children in special circumstances. From there, press agencies develop plans, policies, and orientations in informing about the issues of children in special circumstances in the coming time, improving the effectiveness of information. At the same time, organizations and individuals working on child protection can refer to it to advise on policies and projects to protect children in special circumstances in particular and Vietnamese children in general.

Summary of the findings of the thesis: Based on the systemisation of theoretical issues relating to the research topic, the thesis identifies, analyzes and evaluates the content and form of journalistic works on the issue of children in special circumstances published on today's digital news media of Vietnam. From this, the thesis points out the strengths and weaknesses of journalistic works on the issue of children in special circumstances and proposes the solutions for improving the quality of the journalistic works. The thesis also presents the lessons learned for journalists when producing journalistic works on this topic.

First, the thesis points out the strengths and weaknesses of digital news organizations in communicating about children with special circumstances.
