Prof. Yi Mou also directs the Center for Future Media and Human-Machine Communication at SJTU. Her research focuses on Human-Machine Communication, particularly the psychological and sociological impacts of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Recognized as an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher (2021-2024), she has published over 60 articles in top-tier journals and authored prominent monographs in her field. Prof. Mou currently serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Emerging Media.
