Training experience
- From 1998 to the present, the Center has organized numerous foreign language courses (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.) from basic to advanced and specialized levels; English according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnamese people (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1) and English exam preparation according to international standards (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, etc.) to meet the diverse needs of learners for agencies and businesses. The Center has organized hundreds of training courses for civil servants in Hanoi and other provinces. Some of the Center's major partners include the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Hanoi Customs Department, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Industry and Trade; Hanoi Electricity Company, Canon, Piaggio, and several companies belonging to the Samsung group in Bac Ninh,... The courses have received high praise from partners and students for their training quality.
- From 2004 to 2017, the Training Center organized exams and issued Certificates of Foreign Languages in Tourism (12 languages) to approximately 2000 international tour guides in Hanoi and major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Da Lat, Nha Trang, Quang Ninh, Lang Son, etc.
- From 2012 to the present, the Center has coordinated the organization of numerous training courses and certification exams in English at levels A2, B1, B2, and C1 for postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and civil servants.
- Since 2022, the Center has become an officially authorized unit to receive applications for and organize IELTS certification exams of the British Council.
