- The faculty of the Faculty has chaired and participated in many national and Hanoi National University research projects on issues of ethnicity, land, livelihood, migration, conservation and development in Vietnam and in the region.
Through the creation and nurturing of a professional, dynamic, open and creative academic environment, many valuable scientific works have been published by the Faculty's lecturers domestically and internationally. The international publication rate of the Faculty of Anthropology and Religious Studies in recent years has always accounted for an important part of the total number of international publications of the University. In recent years alone, a series of reference books and monographs in Vietnamese and English have been published by the Faculty. The results of scientific research are used by the Faculty's lecturers to serve the training of undergraduate and postgraduate students, to advise state agencies and international organizations to solve many problems arising from social practices in many areas across the country, especially in ethnic minority areas, mountainous areas, and areas where religions and beliefs intersect.
