Functions and tasks

The Administrative - General Department is an advisory unit for the Principal, responsible for organizing, implementing and uniformly managing administrative - general work and managing facilities in the School.

Administrative work

  • Preside over the development and implementation of regulations on administrative management, office, and document archiving.
  • Receive and process official dispatches, papers, incoming documents, and confidential documents according to current regulations.
  • Manage and use seals according to regulations.
  • Carry out authentication and copying of documents and papers of the School according to regulations.
  • Issue letters of introduction, travel permits, and signature confirmation for school staff; sign travel permits for guests coming to work at the school.
  • Be the focal point for organizing and implementing the quality management system according to ISO standards.
  • Focal point for organizing reception and celebration work (domestic); coordinating the organization of events, conferences and seminars.
  • Manage, arrange the use and decoration of living rooms and halls.
  • Manage and operate school transportation.

Synthesis work

  • Develop and synthesize the School's monthly and annual work plans and the School leaders' weekly work schedules.
  • Focal point for organizing statistical work; synthesizing reports on administrative and management work periodically and suddenly as requested by the Board of Directors.
  • Act as secretary of meetings; draft reports and official dispatches; preside over drafting and issuing notices and conclusions of the Principal at meetings to units.

Administration

  • Construction and supervision of investment, repair and renovation projects.
  • Develop equipment investment plans for units in the School and submit to the Principal for approval.
  • Advise on organizing repairs, using and managing equipment, facilities and landscape in the School.
  • Manage the School's telephone, FAX and network infrastructure.
  • Management and use of electricity and water systems.
  • Lecture hall management
  • Service facility management.
  • Real estate management within the School.
  • Manage fire prevention, fire fighting, flood and storm prevention, environmental sanitation and epidemic prevention.
  • Manage security work in the School.
