DEPARTMENT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH MANAGEMENT

Functions and responsibilities

• Providing consultancy services for planning long-term, medium-term, and annual science and technology development strategies for the Rector and the School's Board of Directors.
• Instructing departments, institutes, and research centers (hereinafter referred to as units) to develop specific annual scientific activity plans, along with medium- and long-term plans.
• Providing advice and guidance to units, research groups, and scientists involved in proposing, developing proposals, and bidding for programs, projects, and research topics at all levels, as well as projects and topics commissioned by ministries, localities, and businesses.
• Provide advice, guidance, and participate in organizing scientific workshops/seminars for faculty, postgraduate students, and undergraduate students of the University and its faculties.
• Provide advice and guidance to faculty, postgraduate students, and undergraduates on registering for science and technology awards.
• Organize statistics and communication regarding the scientific and technological work of the University and other units within the University.
