The congress, which takes place over 2 days (November 22-23, 2024), is an important political event for staff, lecturers, and youth union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU.

Pursuant to the Youth Union Charter and the Youth Union's entire-term working program of the 12th Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union; Pursuant to Instruction No. 444 HD/TN-DHQGHN of the Hanoi National University Youth Union issued on February 15, 2024 on Organizing Congresses and Conferences of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at all levels for the 2024-2027 term; Pursuant to Plan No. 652 KH/XHNV-ĐTN of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities Youth Union issued on September 11, 2024 on organizing the 12th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, term 2024-2027.
The 12th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is an important political event for the staff, lecturers, and youth union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The Congress took place in an exciting atmosphere of competition to achieve achievements to celebrate major events in the 2024-2025 school year, towards the 80th anniversary of tradition and 30th anniversary of the University's founding.
The plan to organize the 12th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, term 2024 - 2027 is specifically as follows:
1. Time, location, scale of the Congress:
-Time of the Congress:The congress takes place over 2 days (November 22-23, 2024) with 2 sessions:
Session 1: From 13:30 on November 22, 2024 (Friday).
Session 2: From 7:30 to 11:30, November 23, 2024 (Saturday).
- Congress venue:Auditorium, 8th floor, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).
- Attendees:The 200 official delegates of the congress represent more than 8,000 union members and youth of the School. These are the most outstanding union members, the most beautiful flowers, representing the intelligence, enthusiasm, ambition and belief of all union members and youth attending the congress.

3. Congress content:
- Review and summarize the work of the Youth Union and youth movement for the 2022 - 2024 term; propose directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2024 - 2027 term.
- Elect the Executive Committee of the School Youth Union, term XII.
- Electing Secretary of the School Youth Union, term XII.
With the spirit of solidarity and creativity, the new term Executive Committee of the School Youth Union is ready to accept the task, determined to successfully achieve the set goals, contributing to building the University of Social Sciences and Humanities increasingly stronger.
The Organizing Committee hopes to receive active and responsible cooperation from media and press agencies to contribute to widely spreading the activities of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities as well as successfully organizing the 12th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, term 2024 - 2027.
