The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi issued Decision No. 6267/QD-XHNV dated November 15, 2024 on Cancelling the Decision on Graduation Recognition and Revoking the Bachelor's Degree of Ms. Dao Thi Bich Thuy (date of birth July 10, 1958, place of birth: Thai Binh, recognized as graduating and awarded a Bachelor's Degree in Literature under Decision No. 3233/XHNV-DT dated December 20, 2000) on the grounds that it was granted to an ineligible person due to violating the conditions for taking the university entrance exam as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 4, Regulations on Admission to the regular training system in universities, colleges and vocational secondary schools issued under Decision No. 461/QDTS dated February 11, 1991 of the Minister of Education and Training.
The Heads of the Training Department, the Department of Politics and Student Affairs, the Head of the Faculty of Literature and Ms. Dao Thi Bich Thuy are responsible for implementing this Decision.
