The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, issued Decision No. 6267/QD-XHNV dated November 15, 2024, regarding the cancellation of the graduation recognition decision and the revocation of the regular undergraduate degree of Ms. Dao Thi Bich Thuy (born July 10, 1958, birthplace: Thai Binh, recognized as having graduated and awarded a Bachelor's degree in Literature according to Decision No. 3233/XHNV-DT dated December 20, 2000) on the grounds that the degree was awarded to an ineligible person due to violations of the university entrance examination requirements stipulated in Clause 3, Article 4 of the Regulations on Admission to Regular Training Systems in Universities, Colleges and Vocational High Schools issued under Decision No. 461/QDTS dated February 11, 1991, by the Minister of Education and Training.
The Heads of the Training Department, the Political and Student Affairs Department, the Head of the Literature Faculty, and Ms. Dao Thi Bich Thuy are responsible for implementing this Decision.
