Announcement of tuition fee collection plan for full-time undergraduate students, Semester 1, Academic Year 2024-2025

Based on Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021, of the Prime Minister, which regulates the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions within the national education system and policies on tuition fee exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; and service prices in the field of education and training;
Based on Decree No. 97/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023, of the Prime Minister, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021, of the Government, which regulates the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions belonging to the national education system and policies on tuition fee exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; and service prices in the field of education and training;
Based on Decision No. 3741/QD-XHNV dated July 22, 2024, of the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities regarding the issuance of tuition fees per credit and tuition fee coefficients for regular undergraduate training programs in the 2024-2025 academic year for cohorts QH-2023-X and earlier;
Based on Decision No. 4363/QD-XHNV dated August 23, 2024, of the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities regarding the issuance of tuition fees per credit and tuition fee coefficients for regular undergraduate programs in the 2024-2025 academic year for cohort QH-2024-X;
Based on the course registration results for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year for full-time students.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the tuition fee collection plan for full-time undergraduate students for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year as follows:

1. Collection time:

From November 11, 2024 to 3:00 PM on November 28, 2024.

2. Tuition fee collection process:

2.1. For students who already have BIDV and SHB accounts, tuition fees will be collected automatically through the bank. Students will deposit the corresponding amount of tuition fees into their accounts opened at BIDV and SHB. The bank will automatically collect the tuition fees within the collection period specified in Section 1.
(Note: The minimum balance required to maintain the account is VND 100,000. Due to potential fees including account maintenance fees, inquiry fees, SMS fees, etc., the minimum balance in the student's account when the bank collects payment will be equal to the TUITION FEE + VND 100,000.)
2.2. For students who do not have a personal account at BIDV or SHB banks, students should pay through the university's account during the collection period specified in Section 1.
- Account number: 1003646101, Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi Branch.
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the application, students should fill in all the required payment information using the following format:
[Student ID][Full Name][Department][Course] pays tuition fee
(Example: 21030001, Nguyen Van A, Journalism QH-2021, tuition payment).

3. Implementation:

We respectfully request that the heads of training units and relevant departments inform and urge students to fulfill their tuition fee obligations within the stipulated timeframe.
After the deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will forward the list of students with outstanding tuition fees to the relevant departments for processing according to the University Training Regulations.
