Pursuant to Decree No. 97/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Prime Minister stipulating amendments and supplements to a number of articles of Decree No. 81/2021/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 of the Government stipulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the national education system and policies on tuition exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; service prices in the field of education and training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3741/QD-XHNV dated July 22, 2024 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on promulgating tuition fees/credit and tuition coefficients for regular university training programs in the 2024-2025 academic year for courses QH-2023-X and earlier;
Pursuant to Decision No. 4363/QD-XHNV dated August 23, 2024 of the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on promulgating tuition fees/credit and tuition coefficients for regular university training programs in the 2024-2025 academic year for course QH-2024-X;
Based on the registration results of semester 1, school year 2024-2025 of full-time students.
The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the tuition collection plan for full-time undergraduate students for the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year as follows:
1. Collection time:
From 11/11/2024 to 15:00 on 11/28/2024.
2. Tuition collection process:
2.1. For students who already have BIDV and SHB accounts, tuition fees are collected automatically through the bank. Students pay the amount corresponding to the total tuition fees payable into the student accounts opened at BIDV and SHB. The bank will automatically collect tuition fees within the collection period in Section 1.
(Note: The minimum balance to maintain an account is 100,000 VND. Due to possible costs including account maintenance fees, query fees, messages... the balance in the student's account when collected by the bank is at least equal to the TUITION FEE + 100,000 VND)
2.2. For students who do not have a personal account at BIDV bank or SHB bank, students pay through the School's account during the collection period in Section 1.

- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the application, students must fill in full remittance information according to the syntax:
[Student code][Full name][Faculty][course] pay tuition
(Example: 21030001, Nguyen Van A, QH-2021 Press, pay tuition).
3. Implementation organization:
We respectfully request that heads of training units and relevant functional departments notify and urge students to complete their tuition obligations within the prescribed time.
After the above deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will transfer the list of students with tuition debt to relevant Departments for handling according to the University Training Regulations.
