The Congress, held over two days (November 22-23, 2024), is a significant political event for the staff, lecturers, and youth union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi.

Based on the Youth Union Charter and the Youth Union's work program for the entire term of the 12th Central Committee of the Youth Union; based on Guidance No. 444 HD/TN-ĐHQGHN of the Hanoi National University Youth Union issued on February 15, 2024, on the organization of the Congress and Conference of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at all levels for the 2024-2027 term; based on Plan No. 652 KH/XHNV-ĐTN of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities issued on September 11, 2024, on the organization of the 12th Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, term 2024-2027.
The 12th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is a significant political event for the faculty, staff, and youth union members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The Congress took place in a vibrant atmosphere of emulation to achieve outstanding results in chào mừng the major events of the 2024-2025 academic year, and towards the 80th anniversary of the University's tradition and the 30th anniversary of its founding.
The plan for organizing the 12th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, term 2024-2027, is as follows:
1. Time, location, and scale of the Congress:
ButDate of the Congress:The congress took place over two days (November 22-23, 2024) with two sessions:
Session 1: From 1:30 PM on November 22, 2024 (Friday).
Second session: From 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM, November 23, 2024 (Saturday).
- Venue for the Congress:Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi).
- Attendees:The 200 official delegates of the congress represent over 8000 members and young people of the school. These are outstanding members, the brightest flowers, embodying the intellect, enthusiasm, aspirations, and faith of all cadres, members, and young people attending the congress.

3. Contents of the Congress:
- Review and summarize the work of the Youth Union and youth movement during the 2022-2024 term; propose directions, objectives, tasks, and solutions for the 2024-2027 term.
- Election of the Executive Committee of the School's Youth Union, 12th term.
- Election of the Secretary of the School's Youth Union for the 12th term.
With a spirit of unity and creativity, the new Executive Committee of the University's Youth Union is ready to undertake its nhiệm vụ and is determined to successfully achieve the set goals, contributing to building a stronger and more prosperous University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
