Implementing the Program for drafting legal documents, projects and individual decisions of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in 2024, the MOET organized a Seminar to collect comments on the draft Circular promulgating the Digital Competency Framework for learners in the national education system.
The seminar was attended by nearly 200 delegates from specialized units of the Ministry of Education and Training; members of the Drafting Committee for the Circular; representatives from more than 80 universities and colleges in the 3 regions of the North - Central - South (Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Thai Nguyen University, Hue University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Da Nang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, Duy Tan University, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Hanoi Pedagogical University, Can Tho University...), representatives of 10 Departments of Education and Training nationwide, representatives of a number of large technology corporations and enterprises.
