In accordance with the Ministry of Education and Training's (MOET) program for drafting legal documents, projects, and individual decisions in 2024, the MOET organized a seminar to gather feedback on the draft Circular promulgating the Digital Competency Framework for Learners in the National Education System.
The seminar was attended by nearly 200 delegates from specialized units of the Ministry of Education and Training; members of the drafting committee for the Circular; representatives from more than 80 universities and colleges in the North, Central and South regions (Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; Thai Nguyen University; Hue University; Hanoi University of Technology; Da Nang University; Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics; Duy Tan University; Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology; Hanoi Pedagogical University; Can Tho University, etc.); representatives from 10 Departments of Education and Training nationwide; and representatives from several large technology corporations and enterprises.
