The Faculty of Literature and Public Administration receives the Certificate of Educational Quality Accreditation.

The Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, received the good news of being accredited for its undergraduate program in Archival Studies by the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. On June 3, 2020, at the university-wide meeting, Professor Pham Quang Minh (Rector of the University) personally presented the certificate to the Faculty's leadership representative.

This is the result of a serious work process, with many efforts and endeavors by the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management and related parties. The self-assessment report on the accreditation of educational quality at the program level for the Archival Studies major was carried out according to the Ministry of Education and Training's standards, comprising 11 standards with 50 criteria, prepared from March to September 2019. The official survey of the undergraduate standard training program in Archival Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, took place from January 7-9, 2020, by the External Evaluation Team (EE) of Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Following the survey, the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management incorporated the EE's recommendations to supplement and improve the objectives set for the program.

On April 27, 2020, the Center for Educational Quality Accreditation, VNU-HCM, officially issued a decision to grant the Certificate of Educational Quality Accreditation for the undergraduate program in Archival Studies of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-Hanoi.

To date, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has implemented quality accreditation for 7 training programs according to AUN standards, quality accreditation according to the Ministry of Education and Training's standards for 4 programs, and peer review for 10 training programs.
