1. Eligibility Criteria
Full-time students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities must not be subject to criminal prosecution or currently under disciplinary action at the level of academic suspension.
2. Programs at Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Thailand
- Duration (estimated): 14 days (From July 1st to July 14th, 2024)
- Enrollment quota: 80 students
- Course offered: Multicultural Communication
- Credit Recognition in the Training Program: Students may be considered for credit recognition for equivalent credits in elective courses (M2, M3, or M4 (interdisciplinary), and supplementary skills courses) after completing the exchange program, provided they meet the required study duration and have confirmation from Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Thailand. The maximum number of equivalent credits is 3. Students are exempt from tuition fees for the equivalent credits.
- Program participation fee: 13,500,000 VND (Thirteen million five hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong)
(If students pay the tuition fee before May 25, 2024, the fee will be reduced as follows: 10% discount for students applying individually; 15% discount for groups of 5 or more students)
The above cost includes: tuition fees, dormitory fees, transportation fees, tour insurance, entrance fees to some locations in Laos, and meals (including 6 meals) during the trip.
* The above cost does not include: food expenses in Udon Thani, mobile phone SIM card fees, and other personal expenses.
3. Application documents:
- Application form for participation in the program (with family confirmation);
- Copy of student ID card;
- Original passport valid for more than 6 months, with at least 2 blank visa pages;
- For first-time departures, a photocopy of the household registration book or residence confirmation certificate (CT07) must also be provided;
- Copy of identity card/citizen's ID;
- Two passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm) taken within the last three months (write your full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of each photo).
