After listening to the exchange and discussion at the briefing conference on the following contents: (1) Report on the implementation of work in April 2026 and the work plan for May 2026; (2) Report on the implementation of the Rector's conclusions at the April 2026 work briefing conference; (3) Exchange and discussion of units and functional departments; (4) Opinions of the Vice-Rectors; the Rector concluded:
1. We generally agree with the opinions expressed by the school's management board and the opinions discussed by the various units at the conference.Heads of units are requested to continue to thoroughly explain to staff and employees the Party and State's guidelines and policies in the new context and enhance the responsibility of leaders; proactively develop plans and implement work; actively propose solutions to promote the school's activities, and strengthen coordination in implementing the issued plan.
2. Party and organizational work
- Party branch secretaries shall review and finalize the procedures for admitting graduating students into the Party in accordance with regulations. Party branches will be held responsible if delays occur.
- The Youth Union of the University is tasked with researching and developing plans and strategies for establishing student party branches to improve management efficiency and comply with current regulations.
- We request that heads of units proactively and actively attract high-quality personnel to work at the School, in order to ensure the necessary conditions for training, scientific research, and improving the quality of the staff.
3. Training activities and learners
- Implement the enrollment process for all levels and programs according to the established schedule and plan.
- Finalize preparations for the School's Scientific and Training Conference.
- Strengthen coordination with training institutions to collect and build a database of learners, serving the work related to alumni...
Principal Hoang Anh Tuan chaired the School's monthly meeting in May 2026.
4. Scientific and foreign affairs
- International publications: We request that heads of training units pay attention to and promote an increase in the quantity and quality of publications, ensuring the achievement of the unit's publication KPIs.
- Carry out scientific and foreign affairs activities according to plan, paying attention to the implementation of research project clusters.
5. Quality assurance work
- The Quality Assurance Department acts as the focal point, coordinating with training units to develop and implement university ranking projects.
- Expedite the accreditation process for the Specialized High School for Social Sciences and Humanities, ensuring completion in the second quarter of 2026.
6. Financial matters
- Conduct a comprehensive review of revenue sources and financial regulations/rules, and develop a plan for paying salaries to civil servants and employees based on new principles, aiming for salary payments based on job position and work performance.
- Implement the new salary payment system in accordance with government regulations.
7. Other activities: Implement according to the issued plan.
We request that the Board of Directors regularly monitor and direct all aspects of work, strengthen inspection work, and report to the Principal on the progress of implementing the plan and tasks within their respective areas of responsibility. We request that functional departments proactively implement and ensure timely completion, especially for key activities.
Heads of units are requested to widely disseminate and implement the Rector's conclusions from the monthly briefing sessions seriously, fully, and on schedule.
The Department of Organization and Administration respectfully announces the conclusions of the Rector at the May 2026 work review meeting for the information and implementation of all functional departments and units.
