Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan, Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, said that over the years, the school has always been committed to training high-quality human resources, strong skills, deep integration and solid career development.
Every year, the school surveys the employment status of students 12 months after graduation, showing that the rate of students with stable employment is 92-93%; the rest continue to study or expand their studies in interdisciplinary fields. After the effects of the epidemic, in 2023, with the spirit of creating conditions for students to be able to contact employers early, the school organized Job Fair 2023 in a more elaborate way with more expectations and was truly rewarded when nearly 100 employers brought nearly 1,000 job positions to the school's students.
In particular, in just over a month, about 1,500 students of the school will graduate, so Job Fair 2023 will create the best opportunity for students to approach employers and employers will also have the opportunity to approach and directly recruit high-quality human resources of the school.
Third-year student, Institute of Journalism and Communication (University of Social Sciences and Humanities) Nguyen Thi Ngoc Huyen shared that Job Fair 2023 is the biggest and most anticipated event for students. This is an opportunity for us to directly approach employers, meet and interact directly with CEOs and famous businesses; the opportunity to find a job that matches our abilities and trained skills is no longer a difficult problem. Participating in the recruitment event, Ms. Do Thu Ha, Head of Administration - Human Resources, Transcosmos Vietnam Co., Ltd., and also a former student of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, said that suitable human resources are the most valuable assets of companies. Therefore, the company aims for a working environment where employees are the central factor.
Currently, the company is recruiting about 70 positions for the new project. The recruitment process over the past years has had 12 employees who studied and graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, showing that the employees are all hard-working, actively learning and absorbing new things, have good knowledge and skills, and quickly catch up with the work and innovations of the company.
In addition to recruitment, the company also coordinates with schools to send students for internships and provide soft skills training for students. At Job Fair 2023, the company hopes to recruit final year students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for in-demand job positions.

Therefore, the Job Fair 2023 of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, with the participation of employers with nearly a thousand job opportunities for students, is very meaningful.
