Also participating in the delegation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities were Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Truong Giang - Head of the Faculty of Anthropology and Religious Studies, Dr. Dinh Tien Hieu - Head of the Department of Training and Student Affairs. The two sides exchanged contents related to research and training work, aiming to sign a cooperation document between the Vietnam Buddhist Academy in Hue and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Principal Hoang Anh Tuan respectfully presented the book "Training in Social Sciences and Humanities in the direction of research - tradition and development" to Venerable Thich Hai An.
At the meeting, Most Venerable Abbot Thich Hai An sent his greetings and expressed his joy at welcoming the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and members of the working delegation.
Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi presented the discussion contents, focusing on the direction of cooperation between the two units in the coming time. Specifically, the two sides discussed the coordination of training at the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels, in order to create favorable conditions for monks and nuns to study dual degree programs. In addition, the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities proposed to promote seminars, talks, key scientific research and national and international publications related to the field of Buddhism; at the same time, cooperate in researching the Vietnamese pagoda system, especially the Ancestral Temples and Mountain Gates across the country.

Most Venerable Thich Nguyen Thanh presented the content of the Academy's training program, emphasizing the advantages and characteristics of the Academy such as majors in Han Nom and majors in Buddhist connotations.
The two sides also agreed on the policy of collecting and digitizing Han Nom documents and Vietnamese cultural resources abroad, in order to organize storage, preservation and promotion of the value of documents, and move towards building a digital humanities system on Buddhist documents to serve research and training.
Also within the framework of the working program in Hue, Principal Hoang Anh Tuan and the school's delegation visited the Vietnam Buddhist Archives and Research Center in Hue, which preserves many unique artifacts and cultural documents about Vietnamese Buddhism, and discussed plans for future research cooperation.
