In his opening remarks at the launch ceremony, journalist Ho Minh Chien, Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Family Magazine and Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition, stated that over the three editions, the competition has attracted thousands of participants with entries brimming with emotion about the father-daughter relationship. It can be said that the competition has helped people reorganize their most beautiful memories, preserve their most sincere emotions, and amplify their most beautiful aspirations and dreams about the relationship between fathers and daughters. Many works have touched upon the sacred depths of the Vietnamese soul, where all the emotions converge, from joy and sorrow to happiness and forgiveness. Through this, fathers and daughters have the opportunity to understand and share things they have never said before.

The launch ceremony for the "Father and Daughter" writing contest, held at universities, aims to bring the message of family love closer to the younger generation. According to Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the "Father and Daughter" writing contest not only creates a literary playground but, more profoundly, fosters a space where each person can reflect, contemplate, and express the voice of their heart.
Associate Professor Dr. Dang Thi Thu Huong also conveyed the message that, as students of a leading university in the field of social sciences and humanities, students are not only equipped with professional knowledge but also have the responsibility to become creators of culture, people who know how to listen, understand, and express the humanistic values of life. The writing competition "Father and Daughter" is a very meaningful opportunity for students to practice those abilities.
